About Me
- Becky and Mike Winkler
- Mike and I met on eharmony.com in 2003. We had an instant connection and were engaged two months after we met. After getting married on New Year's Eve 2004, we started to talk about having a family. On January 17, 2007 we discovered that we were in fact pregnant. An ultrasound at seven weeks gave us the news that would forever change our world- I will never forget the ultrasound technician's voice when she said, "You might want to sit down Dad. This is baby A, this is Baby B and this... this is Baby C. You're having triplets." Mike lost all color in his face and I just laughed. On July 9, 2007 at only 28 weeks and three days Maximillian, Gabriel and Ethan were born into this world. After many days is in the NICU and ups and downs, we were able to bring Max home on September 6th, Gabe home on September 19th and Ethan home on September 21st. We were able to chronicle the boys' first year on the www.caringbridge.com (name of our page was thewinklets) but now I have decided to move to blogging here.
