Just another montage... :)

18-Months old... :)

The boys had their 18-month appointments this week and I thought I would give everyone an update...

I will start with the peanut.. Ethan. Turns out he had an ear infection (we had suspected it) so he's on antibiotics. He is weighing in at 22 lbs. 12 ounces (the 10-25th %tile) and is 31 1/2 inches tall (25th %tile). His head circumference is in the 75th %tile (that Winkler head I tell you).

Gabriel is free of this last ear infection and hopefully we'll be good to go since he had the tubes put in over Christmas vacation. If he still has issues with his ears, then he'll have to have his adnoids removed... let's hope this does it. He is weighing in at 23 lbs and is 31 inches tall (just a 1/2 an inch shorter than his brother) and his head circumference is in the 20th %tile (avoiding the Winkler head issue... :).

Maximillian is coming in light at the 28 lbs. 13 ounces and is at 32 inches tall. His head circumference is at the 90th %tile (2 out of 3 kids have that Winkler noggin).

Overall Dr. Dan was impressed with their growth and very much satisifed with their development. It was a great appointment.

Just had to share their numbers with everyone... Good night!

Where did the Winklets go?

I read my last post and thought... wow... where did four months vanish? My intentions were to keep this blog updated with news, pictures and videos.. and then reality hit me- I was a working mom of three and this was easier said than done. Here's the quick update:

We are doing really well. The boys just get bigger and better every single day. They are coming into their own personalities now, and it's been so much fun to watch them laugh and play (okay, they fight and scream too)! We will be going for our 18 month check-up in a couple of weeks, and I can hardly believe that they are almost 2 years old!!!

Max is our sensitive bear. He's a very sweet natured little boy. He is also the one that will cry when either of his brothers take away his toy or if he happens to fall or bump his head. He talks with the smallest voice and is saying things like, "Daddy", "Momma", "No-No" and sometimes we hear him saying his brother's names.

Ethan is our adventurous spirit. I think I will be lead to drink b/c of his boys' ability to just "shake it off"! He has climbed just about everything- even out of his crib one night. He is always in motion and always intense in meeting his goal.

Gabe has started to walk and is doing his best to keep up with his brothers. He has been our "thinker" and we think that he is going to be the "mastermind" behind most of the plans these three attempt to execute (both the good and the bad)! He has struggled with ear infections, got tubes put in on New Year's Eve and then got anther ear infection (of all the luck!). But, he's on the mend now and you'd never even know he wasn't feeling well. Gabe's laugh is just infectious (check it out on the new montage!).

Well, I didn't want you to think we'd forgotten about the website. My New Year's resolution is to actually do a posting more than once every six months... we'll see how that goes!

A quick video "catch-up"!
